Unbased paranoia

My friend said this to me today, and you know what? The more I think about it, the more I realise that it's very true.

I tend to overthink things and worry a lot about what people think of me, but what he said just really put it all in perspective. Really and truly, at the end of the day people just think about themselves, and could probably care less about what you may have done that day, or how you may have messed up. So stop dwelling on it and relax
